Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers. Clerk handles sign-in; DEDAO does not receive or store your password.

Chart data — the birth date, time, and place you enter, together with the chart calculated from them.

Reading data — the question you choose, any context you add, and the reading generated for you.

Transaction data — the package, amount, currency, store transaction identifiers, and payment or refund status. Website payments are handled by PayPal and iPhone purchases by Apple; DEDAO does not store full card, bank account, or Apple payment details.

Technical and support data — standard logs such as IP address, browser information, errors, and messages you send us.

We use this data to calculate and save charts, generate and display readings, maintain your account and credit balance, confirm payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

DEDAO does not sell your personal data and does not use birth details, questions, or readings for advertising.

DEDAO uses Clerk for authentication, Neon for database hosting, Railway for application hosting, PayPal for website payment processing, Apple for iPhone In-App Purchases, and DeepSeek as the AI provider. To generate a reading, the necessary chart facts, your question, and any optional context are sent to the AI provider.

These providers receive the information needed to perform their part of the service and handle it under the terms and privacy rules that apply to them. Processing may take place outside your country.

Account data, charts, and readings are stored so the service and your reading history remain available. The iPhone app provides a direct account-deletion control. Deleting an account removes account-linked charts, questions, readings, and credit data. De-identified transaction, security, anti-fraud, and request records may be retained where needed for accounting, refunds, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Backups are removed on their normal rotation.

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional rights. If you enter another person's birth details, make sure you have their permission.
