Terms of Service

DEDAO computes your chart deterministically from your birth details (using true solar time and the traditional calendar) and generates a written interpretation with the assistance of AI, following structured methods derived from classical practice. Readings are delivered digitally, usually within minutes.

Readings are provided for reflection and reference only. They are not medical, legal, financial, investment or psychological advice, and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. We do not diagnose illness, predict death, or guarantee any outcome. No reading — from us or anyone — can determine your future. Do not make major life decisions on the basis of a reading alone. If you are experiencing a health emergency or emotional crisis, please contact a medical professional or a local support service.

We aim to make readings specific and grounded in your actual chart, and a reading may compare interpretations with past periods before discussing future timing. Interpretation is nonetheless inherently uncertain, and we make no warranty that any statement in a reading is accurate or will prove true.

Readings are consumed using credits. One credit produces one reading. Prices are shown at the time of purchase. If a reading fails to generate for technical reasons, the credit is automatically returned to your account. Credits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You must be 18 or older to use DEDAO. Minors may not register an account. An adult may enter a minor's birth details only with the permission of that minor's parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter, and for having permission when entering someone else's.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to extract our underlying methods, scraping the service, or reselling readings.

The reading generated for you is licensed to you for your personal use. Everything else — the methods, software, design and text of the service — remains the property of DEDAO.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence continue to apply.
