Refund Policy

This policy explains two different things: when a credit is returned to your account, and when money is refunded to your payment method.
If a reading fails, your credit comes back automatically
When a reading cannot be generated due to a technical problem, the credit is automatically returned to your account — you don't need to do anything. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. If you believe a credit was wrongly consumed, email us and we will check the record.
Cash refunds — unused credits
If you purchased credits and have not used them, you may request a full refund of the unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Partial use of a pack
If you have used some of a pack of credits, only the credits you have not used are eligible for a refund within the 14-day window. Credits already used on delivered readings are not refundable.
Delivered readings
Each reading is a personalized digital product generated and delivered immediately, so a credit already used on a successfully delivered reading is not refundable. Disagreeing with a reading is not grounds for a refund. However, if a reading was truncated or clearly broken, write to us within 7 days and we will review it case by case.
Duplicate charges
Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full.
Immediate delivery and your right of withdrawal
At checkout you request immediate delivery of the personalized reading and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you may lose any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content. This does not affect the automatic return of a credit for a failed reading, or refunds for duplicate charges.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address you registered with and the approximate purchase date. We reply within 1–2 business days.
